Your task for this week is to watch a video and do some activities related to the tallest statue in the world.
Firstly, click on the link below which will take you to the British Council website and some activities related to the tallest statue in the world.
Now, click on the first activity on the left of the screen called preparation. Here you need to match the words with the definitions. Click on a word and then again on the space below one of the definitions. When you are done, click on finish to see how many you got right.
Next, watch the video about the tallest statue in the world. (slow the video down if you want to)
After watching the video, click on the next activity called Check your understanding - Multiple choice. Here you have 8 questions related to the video you have just watched. Answer the questions about the video and then hit finish to see how well you did.
Lastly, check your grammar by filling in the gaps in six sentences. The options are shown above.
